• Order details — the items you buy, your billing email and delivery information.
• Forum content — posts and comments you choose to publish.
• Enquiries — anything you send us through the contact form.

How we use it

We use your information to operate your account, process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers and is not stored by us.

Your rights under POPIA

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser 's local storage to remember your shopping cart between visits. Neither is used for advertising.
