Agreement
By using this website or buying from our store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to keep pricing and stock levels accurate, but where an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Returns and the CPA
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to return goods bought online within the cooling-off period. Software licences and digital downloads that have already been issued or activated cannot be returned.
Services and development work
Consulting, Business Central AL development and integration work are governed by the individual quotation or statement of work agreed with you, which takes precedence over these terms where the two conflict.
Forum conduct
Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
